The clay and mineral-based face and body paint is similar to the original body paints first used by humans thousands of years ago. Not only are our paints safe, but you will nourish your skin with healthy skin conditioners such as organic, fair-trade Shea butter and organic castor seed oil.

Contain no toxins or harmful ingredients

Many people suffer from allergies, asthma and other sensitivities because of products that contain toxins or otherwise harmful ingredients. Most of these products are used inside the house eg. for cleaning, as body care products, as a detergent and so on. We try to source products that are mostly natural and do not cause any harm to you or your environment.

Be compostable or biodegradable

What is the difference? Compostable materials provide the earth with nutrients once it has completely broken down. Biodegradable materials refer to the ability of breaking down and return to nature. Buying products that are compostable and/or biodegradable will help to reduce the amount of waste that goes to landfills.

At the beginning of most production chains are the workers and farmers (producers). Sadly they do not always get a fair share of the benefits of the trade. You as a consumer can now make a conscious decision about buying fairtrade or fairly traded products and putting this right.

Reduce the dependence on oil

Many household items are made of plastic. Because plastic doesn't react chemically with most other substances, it doesn't break down or decay. Therefore, plastic poses a significant environmental problem as it hangs around in the environment for a very long time. Nice colour and natural too

My two year old son was automatic drawn to this colour and loved painting with his finger, but not on his face haha. In fact, he was a bit freaked out initially when Mama painted her face, but now he loves it.
This yellow was firmer than the blue and red we purchased, but a nice colour nonetheless.
