Loyalty Points

To appreciate returning customers, we have set up a reward points system.
For every dollar you spend (price inclusive of GST BUT excludes all Gift Vouchers) you will earn 1 loyalty point.

Loyalty points can then be converted into discount codes at a rate of 1:100. Which means for every 100 points you collect, you will get one extra dollar off your next order.

In order to convert your collected points into discounts, you need to sign in and then go to "my-account". From there go to "MY LOYALTY POINTS" to see all collected points and convert them into discounts. Or you may use your collected points directly from within the checkout process.

Points are valid for 1 year after the order.

Rewards

Another way to earn rewards is by writing reviews for your purchased products. After approval we will send you a NZ$1 voucher to be used on your next purchase (valid for 90 days after review has been approved).

Referrals

Reward your friends and earn a bonus for yourself when they make a purchase.

Here's how this works: Each time you invite someone to join EcoWarehouse and they place an order (min order value of $50) you are getting a $5 referral voucher and they get a $5 discount on their first purchase.
